Diageo Reports Latest Share Capital and Voting Rights

Diageo (GB:DGE) has released an update.

Diageo plc has announced its issued capital, with 2,432,411,924 Ordinary Shares on the market as of June 30, 2024, excluding 209,264,268 Treasury-held shares without voting rights. Consequently, the total number of voting rights stands at 2,223,147,656, a figure for shareholders to use in disclosing their stakes in the company in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
