Diageo PLC has announced its total issued capital as of May 31, 2024, which includes 2,432,411,427 Ordinary Shares, with 209,297,421 held in Treasury and not exercising voting rights. Consequently, the total number of voting rights stands at 2,223,114,006, a figure that shareholders can use as a reference for mandatory notifications of shareholding changes as per regulatory requirements.
