The company has matched the shares purchased by employees 1:1, resulting in the issue of 7,408 new shares on June 28, 2024. Following this issue, Diaceutics PLC now has a total of 84,720,076 shares in issue, a figure relevant for shareholders to assess their shareholding percentage changes.
