DHT Holdings Elects New Directors, Affirms Accountants

DHT Holdings (DHT) has released an update.

DHT Holdings, Inc., a major player in the international crude oil tanker market, recently held its 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, where over two-thirds of outstanding shares were represented. Shareholders elected Erik Andreas Lind and Sophie Rossini as Class III directors to the company’s Board of Directors for a three-year term and ratified Ernst & Young AS as the independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.
