Daiwa House Logistics Trust (DHLT), managed by Daiwa House Asset Management Asia, has announced an extension to the completion date for its pending acquisition of a logistics asset in Vietnam, now set for 29 August 2024. This change comes as a result of slower-than-expected Vietnamese regulatory approval processes. The Monetary Authority of Singapore has granted DHLT a waiver, allowing more time for the acquisition to be finalized without foreseeing any issues that could hinder the completion.
