Path Investments (GB:DGI) has released an update.

DG Innovate plc, a company specializing in sustainable mobility and energy storage, has successfully raised £0.62 million through a combination of Placing and Retail Offers. The funds were raised ahead of the company’s shares being admitted to the Official List and commencing trading on the Main Market on September 23, 2024. Investors are keenly observing as DG Innovate’s issued share capital is set to consist of over 11.9 billion Ordinary Shares post-Admission.
