DG Innovate Directors Boost Stake with New Share Subscription

Path Investments (GB:DGI) has released an update.

DG Innovate plc has announced a £215,000 subscription for 286,666,667 new Ordinary Shares, with participation from the company’s directors and senior management. This move follows the company’s earlier £0.62 million fundraising effort in September 2024 and signals ongoing confidence in DG Innovate’s pioneering work in sustainable mobility and energy storage. The new shares are expected to be admitted for trading on the Main Market soon.
