DFI Retail Group Holdings Ltd (GB:DFIJ) has released an update.

DFI Retail Group Holdings Ltd has disclosed that two key executives have been awarded share grants on April 24, 2024. Clem Charalambos Constantine, the Group CFO and Property Director, and Choo Peng Chee, the CEO of Food, received 328,784 ordinary shares at no cost, outside a trading venue.
