Dexus Appoints New Director Peeyush Gupta

Dexus has announced the appointment of Peeyush Gupta as a director of the company, effective from April 24, 2024. The Initial Director’s Interest Notice filed with the ASX reveals that Gupta currently holds no securities in the company. This regulatory filing is part of compliance with listing rule 3.19A.1 and the Corporations Act.
