Dexterra Group Inc. has completed the sale of its NRB Modular Solutions division to ATCO Structures & Logistics Ltd. for $40 million, marking a strategic move to concentrate on their core support services. This divestiture allows Dexterra to enhance its focus on the facilities management and workforce accommodation services it provides across North America.
