Devolver Digital, Inc. successfully raised approximately £7.9 million ($10 million) through a placement of new common shares, pricing them at a 10% premium to the prior day’s closing. The Placing Shares, making up about 5.4% of Devolver’s issued share capital, are set to begin trading on the AIM market around July 5, 2024. This strategic move will potentially expand the company’s capital and contribute to its growth in the indie video games publishing market.
