DevEx Resources Announces Director Departure and Interests

DevEx Resources Ltd (AU:DEV) has released an update.

DevEx Resources Limited has informed the ASX of the cessation of Richard Hacker as a director as of September 30, 2024. Prior to his departure, Mr. Hacker had significant holdings in the company, including 1,940,000 ordinary shares through the Emerald Super Fund, and a combined 3,484,118 ordinary shares and 1,500,000 unlisted options through Scythe Investments Pty Ltd, associated with the Hacker Family Trust. No director’s interests in contracts were reported.
