Deutsche Telekom Expands Share Buy-back Program

Deutsche Telekom (DE:DTE) has released an update.

Deutsche Telekom AG has announced an increase in their 2024 share buy-back program from 700 million to 1.3 billion euros, aiming to mitigate the dilutive effects of their 2021 capital increase by canceling the repurchased shares. The program, based on a shareholder resolution, allows the buy-back of shares totaling up to 10 percent of DTAG’s share capital. All transactions will be carried out in compliance with market regulations, and the details will be made publicly available on the company’s website.
