Deutsche Bank Raises Dividend, Hosts Virtual AGM

DB Gold Short Exchange Traded Notes (DGZ) has released an update.

Deutsche Bank has announced a significant 50% increase in their dividend to €0.45 per share for 2023, reflecting a strong financial year and progress in their transformation strategy. The bank will host its 2024 Annual General Meeting virtually on May 16, allowing shareholders worldwide to participate and vote online. Additionally, a new, simplified compensation system for the Management Board aligns more closely with long-term shareholder interests.
