Fiera Capital has been notified by Desjardins of its intent to sell its entire stake in Fiera LP and Fiera Holdings, which amounts to 6.8% of Fiera Capital’s outstanding shares. Current unitholders of Fiera LP have the right to match the offer before the shares are sold. Fiera Capital’s senior management is exploring the possibility of purchasing these securities with a financial partner, but the outcome is uncertain.
