Limited has announced the immediate appointment of Mr. David Willington as a Non-Executive Director, bringing over 25 years of experience in finance and investment banking to the company. Willington’s extensive background includes advising in the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors, and his current role as Chairman of ezyCollect Holdings Limited. Concurrently, the company has accepted the resignation of Mr. Andrew John Whitten from the board due to other commitments.
