Desert Metals Ltd. has successfully acquired CDI Resources Limited, gaining control of seven gold and lithium projects in Côte d’Ivoire, and raised $3.75 million for further exploration. The company reported a significant gold find at Tengrela South and identified lithium minerals, with follow-up drilling scheduled for Q2 2024. Desert Metals ended the quarter with a strong cash balance of $3.45 million, bolstered by the acquisition and capital raising efforts.
