Desert Gold Ventures Inc. has launched an incentive program to encourage the early exercise of nearly 48.24 million warrants issued during their recent private placements. The initiative offers additional warrants for each one exercised, potentially injecting up to $3.86 million for their SMSZ Project in Mali. The program, subject to regulatory approval, aims to accelerate funding for development and is time-limited to four weeks post-regulatory nod.
