Descartes Systems Group enhances its logistics services by acquiring UK-based BoxTop Technologies, a provider of shipment management solutions for small to mid-sized logistics services providers (LSPs). The acquisition, valued at approximately £10.25 million, is set to expand Descartes’ offerings and geographic reach in Europe, aiming to digitize LSP operations and offer a unified platform for shipment lifecycle management.
