Desane Group Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Jack Sciara as a new director effective from July 30, 2024. Sciara currently holds no direct registered securities in the company but has an indirect interest in 100,000 ordinary shares through the Cosabella Super Fund and another 3,000 through Sciara Investments Pty Ltd. There are no interests in contracts to disclose regarding the new director’s appointment.
