Derwent London has acquired the remaining 50% stake in its 50 Baker Street W1 scheme from Lazari Investments for £44.4 million, highlighting its confidence in the West End property market. This acquisition allows Derwent London to fully control the proposed office-led development, which is set to nearly double the current floor area. The project is a strategic move to capitalize on the high demand and low vacancy in the West End, with construction expected to commence in the first half of 2026.
