DENSO CORPORATION is selling its holding shares in AISIN Corporation as part of its updated financial strategy focused on cutting low-profit assets and improving its capital structure. This sale aligns with DENSO’s previously announced policy to reduce cross-shareholdings, which has resulted in a decrease from 44 to 14 cross-held companies since 2019. Despite the sale, DENSO affirms that its business relationship with AISIN will remain strong and unchanged.
