Denarius Metals Corp. has completed the final segment of its private placement, raising an additional CA$3.78 million, bringing the total funds to CA$13.8 million. The placement included gold-linked convertible debentures and common share purchase warrants, with the first interest payment due at the end of June 2024. Proceeds from the offering will support the Aguablanca Project in Spain and other corporate initiatives.
