Denarius Metals Corp. successfully completed the initial portion of its non-brokered private placement, raising CA$3.3 million through the issuance of over 7.3 million shares priced at CA$0.45 each. This first tranche is part of a larger effort to raise up to CA$10 million to fund the company’s mining projects and general corporate activities. Executive Chairman and CEO, Mr. Serafino Iacono, increased his stake significantly, acquiring shares that boosted his ownership to approximately 17.5% of the company.
