Denarius Metals Moves to Cboe Canada Exchange

Denarius Metals Corp (TSE:DSLV) has released an update.

Denarius Metals Corp. is transitioning its common shares and warrants from the TSX Venture Exchange to Cboe Canada, starting March 27, 2024, to capitalize on Cboe’s expansive platform and grow its global investor base. The company’s move aligns with its production progress at high-grade metals projects in Spain and Colombia, including the expected production starts of the Zancudo Au-Ag Project in 2024 and the Aguablanca Ni-Cu Project in 2025. Additionally, Denarius Metals has revised its payment terms for the acquisition of a 50% stake in Rio Narcea Recursos, now split into two installments.
