Deltic Energy (GB:DELT) has released an update.
Deltic Energy Plc has announced the formal acceptance of a licence in the 33rd Offshore Licensing Round, granting them exploration rights to the Southern and Central North Sea areas encompassing the Pharos and Teviot discoveries. The company plans to reprocess existing 3D seismic data to better understand the Blackadder structure and prepare for a future appraisal well drilling. Deltic Energy’s CEO highlighted the potential value of the Blackadder project, given its proximity to existing infrastructure and the prospect of new gas discoveries in a maturing basin.
