Deltic Energy (GB:DELT) has released an update.
Deltic Energy PLC, involved in natural resources in the UK North Sea, has been granted an extension by Shell UK Ltd to continue discussions for a potential transaction involving Licence P2252 and the Pensacola discovery. The company has until 12 June to secure an agreement, failing which it will exit the Pensacola licence and its interests will be transferred to its Joint Venture partners. Deltic will update the public as the situation develops.
