Delta Lithium Director’s Stake Altered

Delta Lithium Limited (AU:DLI) has released an update.

Delta Lithium Limited has announced that Director Nader El Sayed’s indirect interest in the company has changed due to the lapse of 1,342,233 unlisted options expiring on October 1, 2024. Despite this lapse, El Sayed still indirectly holds 2,751,284 fully paid ordinary shares, 1,000,000 unlisted options expiring on September 21, 2025, and 500,000 performance rights with various vesting conditions through his associated entity, Nameo Pty Ltd.
