Delta CleanTech Inc., a leader in carbon mitigation technology, has completed the second tranche of its private placement, raising $212,000 by issuing 10.6 million units at $0.02 each. This financing will bolster the company’s working capital and support its continued efforts in CO2 capture technology and Carbon Credit streaming via its subsidiary. The newly issued shares and warrants will be subject to a hold period until July 16, 2024.
