DelphX Capital Markets Inc. has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising C$357,500 through the issuance of over 3.9 million units, each comprising a common share and a five-year purchase warrant. The company, specializing in innovative structured products for the fixed income market, saw insider participation and will use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.
