Delorean Corporation Ltd has announced a change in director Hamish Jolly’s interest in the company, with a non-cash consideration involving the conversion of performance shares upon reaching a $5m EBITDA milestone. Following the conversion, Jolly now holds an increased total of 47,205,089 ordinary shares, reflecting his continued stake in the company’s growth and performance.
