Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants LLP has confirmed their agreement with the disclosures made by 111, Inc. in the ‘Dismissal of independent registered public accounting firm’ section of their Form 6-K. They have, however, stated they have no basis to agree or disagree with statements made in other sections.
