Deliveroo plc Class A (GB:ROO) has released an update.
Deliveroo plc has announced that its Employee Benefit Trust (EBT), managed by Ocorian Limited, has initiated the purchase of 247,191 ordinary shares to fulfill future employee share-based compensation awards. Funded by a loan from Roofoods Ltd, these shares will serve the interests of Deliveroo’s employees. After these transactions, the Trust holds 3.5791% of the company’s issued share capital, while the total issued share capital remains unchanged.
