DeepMarkit Corp. has announced an extension to their non-brokered private placement, aiming to raise up to $500,000 by offering up to 5,000,000 Units, each including a share and a purchase warrant. The first tranche has already closed with $173,000 raised. The funds are earmarked for general corporate and working capital purposes, with the offering subject to regulatory approval.
