DeepMarkit Corp., a tech firm operating a platform for minting carbon offsets as NFTs, has completed a private placement, raising $173,000 by issuing 1.73 million units at $0.10 each, which include common shares and warrants. The funds are earmarked for general working capital, with the transaction awaiting regulatory consent and all securities issued under a four-month hold period.
