Decade Resources Ltd. has revised its non-brokered private placement terms to issue over 25 million units at $0.035 each, aiming to raise $900,000 primarily for working capital and possibly for exploration of its British Columbia properties. The units come with a five-year warrant, while finders’ fees apply. The financing is pending TSX-V approval and units are subject to a four-month statutory hold.
