Decade Resources Completes $1M Private Placement

Decade Resources (TSE:DEC) has released an update.

Decade Resources Ltd., a Canadian mineral exploration company, has successfully completed a private placement, raising $1,040,000 by issuing over 29 million units at 3.5 cents each. These funds are primarily earmarked for general working capital and a portion may finance exploration on British Columbia properties. The placement also resulted in the payment of a finder’s fee and the issuance of additional warrants.
