De.mem Ltd has secured $2.1 million from an oversubscribed share placement to fund the strategic acquisition of Auswater Systems, a service provider to over 50 top-tier mining clients in Western Australia. This capital raise, which involved significant investment from the company’s board members, will enable De.mem to continue its consolidation strategy in the decentralized water treatment sector. The company’s growth is underlined by a 63% revenue increase from its acquisitions since 2019.
