De La Rue plc has announced that as of July 31, 2024, its issued share capital consists of 196,038,354 ordinary shares with voting rights, none of which are held in treasury. Shareholders are advised to use this total voting rights figure as a denominator for the purpose of notifying changes in their shareholding as per the FCA’s rules. The company’s LEI code is also provided for reference.
