De La Rue PLC has announced that as of June 30, 2024, its total issued share capital consists of 195,932,545 ordinary shares, all of which carry voting rights and none are held in treasury. Shareholders are advised to use this figure as the denominator to assess any obligatory notifications regarding changes in their holdings as per the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
