Simon Lill, a director at De Grey Mining Limited, has increased his direct stake in the company by acquiring 241,169 ordinary fully paid shares at $1.10 each, as per the latest filing with the ASX. This transaction, part of the company’s retail entitlement offer, has raised his direct holdings to 1,519,355 shares, while his indirect shareholding remains unchanged at 12,439,063 shares.
