Emma Scotney, a director at De Grey Mining Ltd, has increased her stake in the company by acquiring 18,000 Ordinary fully paid shares at $1.10 each, resulting in a total holding of 370,223 shares and maintaining her 37,290 Share Rights. The acquisition was part of the company’s retail entitlement offer and did not involve any disposals of existing shares.
