De Grey Mining Limited has announced a change in director Emma Scotney’s interests, with an acquisition of 18,888 ordinary fully paid shares following the exercise of Share Rights. These rights were granted as part of her director fees for the financial year 2023, and post-change, her total holding has increased to 352,223 shares. The adjustment aligns with the company’s Non-Executive Director Share Plan, approved by shareholders.
