DDC Enterprise Ltd. (DDC) has released an update.
DDC Enterprise Ltd. has engaged Shanghai JunQi Management Consulting Co., LTD for a suite of financial advisory services, including financial reporting, compliance, strategy, and risk management, effective from August 30, 2024, for one year. Under the contract, JunQi will provide expertise in various financial areas to support DDC Enterprise’s financial structure and business growth, with a flexible on-site work arrangement for the consulting team. DDC Enterprise will compensate JunQi with a monthly consulting fee of HK$88,000, with the option of payment in RMB based on current exchange rates.
