DCC plc has disclosed its total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights as 98,876,284 out of an issued share capital consisting of 101,333,904 Ordinary Shares. The company informed that 2,457,620 shares are held in treasury and thus do not carry voting rights, advising shareholders to use the stated figure as a reference for declaring changes in share ownership as per regulatory requirements.
