DaVita Inc. has announced the appointment of David P. Maughan as the new Chief Operating Officer of DaVita Kidney Care, effective September 15, 2024. Maughan, who has been with the company since 2006, brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles within DaVita and his time at Goldman Sachs. In his new position, he will receive an annual base salary of $725,000 along with incentives, benefits, and entitlements under the company’s severance plan, aligning with the terms of his newly established employment agreement.
