David J. Drutz, M.D. has announced he will not seek re-election to the Board of Directors for Altimmune, Inc. at the upcoming 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, although he will serve until then. His departure is not related to any operational, policy, or practice disagreements with the Company, and the Board has expressed gratitude for his contributions during his tenure.
