DaVictus plc has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for shareholders, scheduled for August 16, 2024, in Malaysia, where key resolutions will be proposed, including the approval of the Audited Financial Statements for 2023 and the re-appointment of directors and auditors. Shareholders can obtain the financial statements and reports on the company’s website and are entitled to appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf.
