Dateline Resources Limited is launching a $4.2 million rights issue to fund additional exploration at its Colosseum Project, complete a mine planning study, and reduce debt. The offer is partially underwritten and will allow existing shareholders to purchase new shares at $0.01 each. Key company directors have shown strong commitment by agreeing to fully subscribe to their entitled portion of the new shares.
