Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd. has announced a reshuffle in its leadership, with Mr. Li Kai elected as the new chairman of the board effective until June 28, 2025, replacing Mr. Wang Shunqi. Additionally, the company has adjusted the membership of its Strategic Development and Risk Control Committee. These decisions were made at the thirty-first meeting of the eleventh session of the Board, which also saw approval for the publication of the 2024 Interim Report.
